Job Title: Molding & Stamping Engineer

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Molding & Stamping Engineer to join our client team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the design, development, and implementation of molding and stamping processes, ensuring high-quality production standards and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop molding and stamping processes for new and existing products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, quality assurance, and production, to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve molding and stamping issues, ensuring timely production and quality standards.
  • Conduct mold and die maintenance, including repairs and modifications.
  • Monitor production metrics and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to production staff on molding and stamping processes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related field.
  • >3 years of experience in molding and stamping engineering, preferably in the precision engineering or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of molding and stamping processes, materials, and tooling.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for design and modeling.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with automation and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Familiarity with quality control methodologies (e.g., Six Sigma, ISO standards).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
