  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position: Marketing Manager (Business Development)

Working Arrangement: Monday - Friday

Location: Subang Jaya

Type: Permanent

B2B nature – mainly serve M&E Consultant, contractor, developer, etc as main client .

Product – Fire resistant cable, Busduct (can look into the company website).

Commission:

  • Sales Incentive (Quarterly) – KPI
  • Based on yearly collection

Allowances breakdown:

  • Car Allowance (Fixed Allowance) = RM 500
  • Petrol Allowance (Petrol Shell Card) = RM 550
  • Phone Allowance
  • Toll & Parking

Job Scope:

  • Marketing activities among all M&E consultants & developers.
  • Create project pipeline, populate project pipeline & ensure project info up-to-date.
  • Ensure good relationship and provide good service to customers, consultants & developers.
  • Building close rapport with specifier to ensure Furutec busduct & Pyrotec Fire Resistant cable is specified.
  • Report marketing activities & latest project status to respective manager
  • To identify any inefficiency and suggest improvement proposal where possible. (to cultivate continuous improvement mindset)
  • To deliver the result within value system of EITA. (to emphasize the importance of EITA value and behaviour expectation)
  • And any other duties as assigned by the HOD from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Electrical Engineering and its equivalent.
  • At least 3 or 5 years’ experience in Marketing M&E industry.
  • A willingness to work remotely, outstation when required and possess own transport.
  • Strong communication, presentation and negotiation skills and customer relationship management.
  • Candidates fluent in Mandarin are preferred as the role requires candidates to deal with Mandarin-speaking clients

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
