RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Ensure no warranty debtors age over 60 days, with timely submission of R20 reports and tracking to maintain zero outstanding payments or appeal cases.
  • Warranty claims must be processed per the latest MBM manual, with monthly audits to ensure compliance across outlets and no claims aging over 20 days unless in progress.
  • VEGA claims should be monitored to avoid transmission delays, and outlets are expected to comply with ARS activities for defective parts.
  • All outlets must pass MBM audits, with quarterly internal audits conducted and corrective actions monitored to keep charge-back or rejection rates under 1%.
  • Prepare monthly audit reports, monitor service measures, and implement three standardization initiatives for warranty claims processing across outlets each month.
  • Maintain effective communication with MBM, ensure 100% compliance with their initiatives, and monitor processors’ KPIs, discipline, and attendance, while being open to additional tasks assigned by management.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least 2 years of administrative experience.
  • Able to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Holds an SPM or Diploma in any discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
  • Reliable, service-oriented, team player with strong integrity and confidentiality.
