  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • To assist in taking off
  • To Assist in preparing and submission of interim progress claim and ensure work been certified timely and accurately by client/main contractor through site valuation.
  • Prepare Contracts Award, Check Contract Documentation for completeness and truth
  • Monitor Contract Accounts, Apply for Extension of the Contract period
  • Update and submit Contracts report related to taking off, stages progress claims and revaluation etc towards Ending
  • Prepare and Verify Payment Certificates on every stage of claims towards ending of all projects.
  • To Assist in Prepare and Submit Budget from Tender Drawings, Bills of Quantities for all disciplines, Progress Claims, Variation Orders, Evaluation of Claims etc.

Job Requirement

  • Candidates must possess at a Bachelor's Degree/Professional Degree in Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or any other equivalent qualification.
  • Have Strong Execution level and proactive in problem solving.
  • Meticulous and Cost Conscious.
  • Two years experience required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
