Key Responsibilities:
- Develop comprehensive project plans, including timelines, budgets, resources, and risk management strategies.
- Oversee all phases of the construction project from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Lead a multidisciplinary project team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.
- Provide clear direction, set performance expectations, and conduct regular progress reviews with team members.
- Manage project budgets, including cost estimates, financial reporting, and ensuring cost control measures are in place.
- Allocate and manage resources efficiently to meet project milestones and deadlines.
- Implement and maintain stringent quality control and assurance protocols throughout the construction process.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
- Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to address them proactively.
- Monitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to address emerging risks and issues.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of progress, changes, and issues.
- Prepare and present regular project status reports to senior management and other key stakeholders.
- Ensure all project activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and project plans.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in large-scale construction projects, preferably in data centers or similar infrastructure.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
