  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

REQUIREMENTS

· Possess at least SPM or certificate in Agriculture/ Professional Certificate/ Plantation Management or related discipline.

· Experience in plantation industry with minimum 5 years as field inspector or quality assessor.

· Knowledgeable and skillful about all plantation field functions

· Reliable, high integrity, independent and ability to work under challenging environment.

· Good analytical skills, able to identify the operation issues and provide an solution

· Good command in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia

JOB DESCRIPTION

· To assess and measure the quality of work every employee and workers in the plantation field

· To check and verify plantation operational issues mainly in harvesting work progress, plantation maintenance and labour control to the management for action.

· To follow up and inspect estates operation department on the quality concern, job done progress, and work program in order reporting to the management.

· To check labour issues and make a report to management concern

· Check Master Call;

· Be the witness in salary payment and Diesel receptions ;

· To check muster chit who was sign by staff, cadet, AEM & EM

· Do auditing (verify work done) such as harvesting, FFB quality checking, manuring and weeding

· Compiling reports from estates field inspection on that day and submit to estate management to endorse the report.

· To perform related duties as assigned by superior and/or management as and when required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM3,400.00 per month
