  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Position : Quality Manager/Senior Quality Engineer (mandarin speaker)(SR035)

Location : Ulu Tiram, Johor

Salary Range : RM6000 - RM8000

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead and manage the QA/QC department
  • Develop, implement and maintain quality management plan & lead the development of QAQC related procedures
  • Manage and resolve technical issues in QA/QC matters such as welding, NDT and inspection and testing
  • Manage and ensure QC inspection and testing activities in accordance complied with requirement of document, project procedures and relevant industrial codes/ standards
  • Manage day to day nonconformities and ensure the correction and corrective action are closed appropriately
  • Prepare monthly quality report for those rejected or returned defect parts
  • Work with QA/QC team to ensure the quality control program designed to make sure continuous production of products consistent with established standards is implemented and being followed
  • Establishing, implementing and maintaining the quality management system (QMS)
  • Plan and conduct ISO internal audits related to QMS, customer's requirements and quality improvement projects
  • Develop inspection method and conduct training for personnel needing the skill and knowledge to perform quality inspection
  • Work with PIC department on the assessment and qualification of suppliers and subcontractors
  • Lead in analysis of causes of quality problems and timely implementation of corrective/ preventive action for improvement
  • Carry out analysis of QA reports and make appropriate recommendation or decision as deemed fit

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Metal Fabrication/ Tool & Die/ Welding)
  • At least 5-8 years of working experience in quality assurance/ inspection with steel fabrication pressure vessel/ skid structure
  • Familiar with ASME code, ASME Sec VIII/ Sec IX/ Sec V, ASTM & AWS Codes, WPS/PQR, NDT

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
