Role Overview:
Sales Executives typically work in business-to-business (B2B) environments, focusing on acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. They are responsible for generating leads, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets.
Job Description:
- Identify and qualify potential leads through research, networking, and cold calling.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers within target companies.
- Conduct sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase products or services.
- Negotiate terms and close deals to meet or exceed sales quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain existing vendors, customers and supplier relationship.
- Provide support for tender-related purposes including document compilation and submission.
- Monitor expiry of tender/contract to ensure business sustainability.
- Any other tasks assigned by the company.
Job Requirements:
- We are looking for passionate Sales executive who is interested to build a successful financial sales career within Fintech industry
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Sales and Marketing of either in retails loans, SME loans, unit trust, wealth managements products, insurance or investment products.
- Experience in managing the relationship with key clienteles in an added advantage
- High integrity and self motivated
- Displaying positive attitude that portrays key to success
- Good selling and presentation skills.
- Execellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Knowledgeable in doing tender will be an extra advantage.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
