Job Descriptions: -
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends, market demands, and potential business opportunities.
Analyze competitors and evaluate the competitive landscape to inform business strategies.
Business Development Strategy:
Develop and implement business development strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
Identify target markets and industries for business expansion.
Client Acquisition and Management:
Identify and engage with potential clients and partners to generate new business leads.
Maintain and nurture relationships with existing clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and loyalty.
Partnerships and Collaborations:
Establish and manage strategic partnerships and alliances that can drive business growth.
Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and contracts.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
Present and promote the company's products and services to prospective clients.
Networking and Relationship Building:
Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to build a robust professional network.
Engage with local business communities and stakeholders to enhance the company's visibility and reputation.
Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare regular reports on business development activities, performance metrics, and market insights.
Analyze the effectiveness of business development strategies and adjust plans as needed.
Cross-functional Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
Provide market feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualification and Requirements: -
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Experience:
Proven at least 5 years of working experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in the Geared Motor, Industrial Gear, & Coupling industry.
Skills:
Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and partners.
Proficiency in using SalesForce and other business development tools.
Attributes:
Highly motivated and results oriented.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel
Additional Requirements:
Language Proficiency: Fluency in the local language and English is often required.
Cultural Awareness: Understanding of local business practices and cultural nuances.
