Mantissa College is a premier institution committed to providing high-quality education across various disciplines. We are currently seeking a proactive and results-driven Senior Executive - Sales and Marketing to support our marketing and recruitment initiatives, drive student enrolment, and contribute to the college's brand visibility on multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Strategic Marketing Support
- Marketing Initiatives: Assist in the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to achieve enrolment and revenue goals. Contribute to strategies that appeal to diverse demographics, including students, parents, and professionals.
- Sales Assistance: Support the implementation of sales plans, including maintaining timelines, territories, and recruitment targets. Collaborate with the admissions team to streamline the student recruitment process.
2) Branding & Public Relations
- Brand Consistency: Ensure the consistency of Mantissa College’s brand across all marketing materials, social media, and promotional campaigns.
- PR Coordination: Assist with PR activities, including managing media relations, drafting press releases, and handling communications to boost the college’s public image.
3) Digital Marketing & Data Utilization
- Digital Presence Management: Assist in managing the college’s digital marketing strategy, including website updates, social media posts, email campaigns, and SEO initiatives.
- Data Insights: Use data analysis tools to track and report the performance of marketing campaigns. Provide insights to refine strategies and improve outreach effectiveness.
4) Student Recruitment Support
- Lead Generation: Help develop and execute campaigns that generate quality leads for admissions. Work with the admissions team to manage the recruitment funnel from initial inquiry to enrolment.
- Partnerships Development: Support initiatives to establish relationships with high schools, corporate partners, and industry bodies to expand Mantissa College’s recruitment network.
5) Events & Promotional Activities
- Event Coordination: Assist in planning and organizing recruitment events, such as open days, education fairs, and webinars, aimed at attracting prospective students and families.
- Campaign Execution: Participate in designing and implementing promotional activities, sponsorships, and partnerships to boost the visibility of the college's programmes and services.
6) Budget Monitoring
- Resource Allocation: Monitor allocated budgets for various marketing activities, ensuring efficient use of resources and aligning expenditures with campaign goals.
- Cost Tracking: Assist in tracking costs, reviewing expenses, and optimizing spending to maintain cost efficiency within the marketing and recruitment processes.
7) Market Research & Analysis
- Industry Research: Conduct market research to stay updated on trends, student preferences, and competitor activities to support marketing strategies.
- Feedback Gathering: Collaborate with academic teams to assess programme offerings and align them with market demands and student interests.
8) Performance & Reporting
- Sales Performance Support: Track lead conversion rates and report performance data to enhance recruitment strategies.
- Forecasting & Reporting: Provide regular updates to senior management on campaign performance, student enrolment trends, and insights for future recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: At least 3 years in a sales or marketing role, preferably in the education sector.
- Marketing Skills: Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, content marketing, and lead generation.
- Analytical Ability: Proficiency in using data analytics tools to track and report campaign outcomes.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.
- Adaptability: Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
