We are currently seeking a reliable and proactive Admin Assistant & Operation Coordinator (Runner) to join our team. This role is essential to the smooth operation of our college, ensuring that documents and administrative tasks are handled efficiently and effectively. Job Responsibilities:
- Act as the personal assistant for the CEO
- Responsible for sending and collecting documents between various departments within the college and external locations.
- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of important documents, packages, and materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as online application submissions in various website portal filing, and data entry.
- Maintain and update records in the college’s database and filing systems.
- Provide general support to the administrative team as required.
- Assist in keeping track of office supplies, stationery, and other materials, ensuring that inventory is always stocked and available.
- Run various errands as needed, including purchasing office supplies, making payments, and other ad-hoc tasks that support the college's daily operations.
- Ensure all errands are completed efficiently and within the set time frames.
- Use basic computer programs (e.g., Microsoft Office, email) to assist with administrative duties.
- Maintain communication with team members through email and other digital platforms.
- Help with minor maintenance tasks around the campus, such as replacing light bulbs, organizing storage areas, and ensuring that common areas are tidy.
- Assist in setting up projectors, moving equipment, or helping with simple tech setups for meetings.
- Key in foreign students applications to EMGS, process visa applications
- Help to prepare EPF withdrawal documents for students once in a while if there's any requests
- Assist in setting up and organizing events, meetings, and other college activities.
- Provide support to other departments as needed, ensuring smooth operations across the college.
Job Requirement
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. A minimum of SPM or equivalent is required.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Words, Excel & PowerPoint and email communication.
- Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
- Must possess a valid driving license and be able to drive a car or at least ride a bike.
- Familiarity with the local area and ability to navigate to various locations as required.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to handle responsibilities with minimal supervision.
- Friendly and approachable, with a willingness to assist colleagues and students alike.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
