Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
- Utilize various recruiting channels (e.g., online job boards, social media, and career fairs) to source high-quality candidates.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and overseeing initial training programs.
- Collaborate with the HR team to develop training materials that help new hires understand our company culture and retail standards.
- Monitor and support employee satisfaction through regular check-ins, exit interviews, and feedback sessions.
- Assist in maintaining accurate employee records and updating HR databases.
- Support HR processes such as performance reviews, attendance tracking, and payroll processing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with retail industry trends and recruitment challenges.
