Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and onboarding new hires.
  • Utilize various recruiting channels (e.g., online job boards, social media, and career fairs) to source high-quality candidates.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for all new hires, including conducting orientation sessions and overseeing initial training programs.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS software.
