POSITION : ADMIN ASSISTANT
- Prepare the Delivery Order (DO), Purchase Order (PO) and Invoice
- Responsible for general office administration.
- Assist in daily operation and managing calls and visitors.
- Organise effective filing system.
- Handling employee records.
- Administer leave application, medical record and general welfare.
- Follow up with suppliers, as needed, to confirm or change order.
- Negotiate terms and conditions with suppliers.
- To verify, prepare purchase order and purchase requestion.
- Perform proper filling and support teammates for necessary administration work.
- To maintain proper filling system and ensure traceability of documents.
- Responsibility for petty cash.
- Monitoring and handling stationery.
- Any other task assigned by Management as when needed.
- Assisting and updating the file record system for the section.
- Handling the process of posting and receiving mails or parcels.
- Arranging for Delivery route and order.
Stock and Inventory Item:
i. Assisting in updating the Company’s item inventories.
ii. Updating the office stationery and groceries stock.
iii. Ensuring the office stationery and groceries are well maintained.
JOB REQUIREMENT
- Minimum Diploma.
- Preferably with working experience.
- Willing to learn
- Computer literate especially in Microsoft Office
- Have good phone manners.
- Can start immediately / As soon as possible
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Cyberjaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
