Job Description
- To provide technical support and troubleshooting for various hardware and software issues that may arise in the office or remotely, such as problems with office equipment, desktops, laptops, mobiles, tablets, firewalls, routers, printers, barcode printer, receipt printer, RFID reader, CCTV decoders, servers and other devices.
- To oversee and protect network systems that guarantee the organization's connectivity and performance, including switches, routers, firewall security, and firewall QoS.
- To maintain subscribed services, SMS services, SMTP email services, Cloudflare, Antivirus and other network components that ensure the smooth operation of organization.
- To maintain API connections, including POS system integration, payment gateway integration, and other third-party services that facilitate the organization's transactions and data exchange.
- To support cloud and server platforms that host the organization's data and applications, such as Heroku, DigitalOcean, Exabytes, Linux servers, VPS, Windows server, and other cloud and server platforms.
- To install, configure, and maintain software applications that are essential for the daily operations of the organization, such as Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Hikvision software, MS SQL, MongoDB, NAS, SQL accounting, SQL payroll, and other software.
- Perform regular backup, maintenance and troubleshooting of ERP, firewall, CCTV, SQL accounting, SQL payroll and NAS systems.
- To assist in software development projects that enhance the organization's capabilities and efficiency, such as ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other software development projects.
- Coordinate with vendor or outsourced team to resolve complex problems.
- Ensure IT security and compliance standards are met.
- Travel to different branches to provide on-site support and maintenance.
- Managing the IT support ticket system and responding to all IT queries.
- To provide training and guidance to end-users and junior IT staff on how to use and troubleshoot the hardware, software, network, cloud, and server systems.
- To document and report IT incidents, problems, and solutions in a timely and accurate manner, and to follow up on the resolution and improvement of the IT systems.
- To keep up to date with the latest IT trends and best practices, and to suggest and implement new IT solutions that can benefit the organization.
Job Requirements
- At least 7-8 years of relevant experience in IT support.
- Diploma or degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
- Proficient in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, network, cloud, and server issues.
- Familiar with various hardware, software platforms and database platform, such as office equipment, desktops, laptops, mobiles, tablets, firewalls, routers, printers, barcode printer, receipt printer, RFID reader, CCTV decoders, servers, SMS services, SMTP email services, Cloudflare, Antivirus, POS system, payment gateway, Linux servers, VPS, Windows server, Microsoft Office, Microsoft Outlook, Hikvision software, MS SQL, MongoDB, NAS, SQL accounting, SQL payroll, ERP, CRM, e-commerce, and other software.
