Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent mainly for Sales & Marketing roles
- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.
- Identify and use a variety of recruitment methods and channels, including job boards, social media, personal recommendations, and others, to find applicants.
- Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of candidates for future requirements. Developing and implementing standard operating procedures.
- Facilitating the scheduling of candidate interviews with hiring managers and communicating with both parties throughout the process.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in any related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition/ Recruitment is a Must.
- Preferably with experience recruiting for Sales & Marketing role.
- Good sourcing and interviewing skills
- Good communication skills
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Work Location: In person
