Data Quality Assistant / Researcher
Our Opening and Your Responsibilities
As a Data Quality Assistant, you will play a vital role in our client acquisition efforts in the Asia-Pacific region, including Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, South Korea, Indonesia, Cambodia. Your primary responsibilities will include researching potential clients, analyzing existing investment activities, and ensuring our databases are accurate and up-to-date. There is no direct contact with the clients.
Conducting Research: Identify and gather information on potential new clients and investment activities of current clients. Mainly, you will use Google, databases with open access to them, industry magazines and web-sites.
Presentation and Documentation:
Compile and present the research findings clearly and organized.
Data Verification:
Ensure the accuracy of data by identifying and rectifying errors within databases.
What You Need to Succeed
- Educational background in Marketing, Database Management.
- Minimum 2 years of professional experience in data research
- Advanced level of knowledge in Excel (vlookup, pivot, standard formulas how to sum, sort, clean the data)
- Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Advanced level of English, knowledge of Vietnamese, Thai, Japanese, Korean will be an asset
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
