Responsibilities :

  • Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements;
  • Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls on behalf of the Director;
  • Prepare reports, presentations and meeting materials;
  • Organize and coordinate meetings including agendas and minutes and follow up on action points;
  • Conduct research and provide summaries for decision-making;
  • Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally;
  • Assist with personal errands and occasional event planning.

Requirements:

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
  • Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu;
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
  • Resourceful and good communication skill;
  • Flexibility to handle both professional and personal tasks;
  • Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, email management tools);
  • Possess own vehicle and driving license.
