Responsibilities :
- Manage the Director’s calendar, appointments and travel arrangements;
- Handle correspondence, emails and phone calls on behalf of the Director;
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting materials;
- Organize and coordinate meetings including agendas and minutes and follow up on action points;
- Conduct research and provide summaries for decision-making;
- Ensure confidentiality in handling sensitive information;
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders professionally;
- Assist with personal errands and occasional event planning.
Requirements:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities;
- Required language(s): English, Mandarin and Bahasa Melayu;
- At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Resourceful and good communication skill;
- Flexibility to handle both professional and personal tasks;
- Proficiency in office software (e.g. Microsoft Office, email management tools);
- Possess own vehicle and driving license.
