Who will you be working for:
Our client is a prominent German MNC located in the Bayan Lepas FIZ. They are rapidly expanding and are looking for great talent to join their organization.
What you will be doing:
- The Senior Data Management Analyst (Operations, Projects, and Processes) is responsible for overseeing end-to-end personal data administration, leading HR data projects, and implementing process improvements.
- This role requires a detail-oriented and assertive professional who can manage complex data workflows and drive projects to enhance HR operations and efficiencies.
- Lead and oversee master data changes or new data entry requirements for employee data into HR system, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
- Drive the update and execution of mass HR administration processes to maintain efficiency and accuracy across data functions.
- Administer HR-related documentation, including employment contracts, medical certificates, and official HR correspondence.
- Manage all administrative activities within the employee life cycle, such as onboarding, salary adjustments, promotions, leaver movements, and personal data changes.
- Lead the input of all data related to finalizing leaver cases and new hires following payroll cutoff to ensure data completeness and readiness for payroll processing.
- Lead and manage HR data projects aimed at enhancing data processes, from project planning and execution through to completion.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engaging stakeholders and ensuring timely project delivery.
- Implement process automation initiatives to streamline HR processes, reducing manual tasks, and enhancing operational efficiency.
- Consistently review and update the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for completeness, accuracy, and relevancy; implement updates and improvements as necessary.
- Identify and drive opportunities to enhance HR services and processes with a focus on efficiency, accuracy, and automation.
- Develop and utilize advanced Excel skills to analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights that support data-driven HR decision-making.
What you will need to succeed:
- HR Business Partnering Experience: Background in HR Business Partnering is advantageous bringing strategic insights to support HR operations and stakeholder collaboration.
- 3-5 years of experience in HR data management, including end-to-end personal data administration, HR business partner and project leadership.
- Proficiency in SAP and strong skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and insights generation.
- Strong communicator with a strategic, assertive approach, able to balance detailed operations with effective project leadership.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM9,000.00 - RM15,000.00 per month
