Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced HR Senior Executive / Assistant Manager to join our dynamic team in a chain restaurant environment. This role will be pivotal in managing various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations, and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.

Collaborate with management to identify staffing needs and develop strategies for talent acquisition.

Employee Relations:

Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns, promoting a positive work environment.

Implement employee engagement initiatives and conduct regular feedback sessions.

Performance Management:

Oversee the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.

Assist in developing training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

Compliance and Policy Management:

Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and industry regulations.

Update and implement HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.

Payroll and Benefits Administration:

Support payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.

Address payroll-related inquiries and ensure timely resolution.

HR Reporting and Analytics:

Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR metrics and reports for management.

Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve HR practices.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR generalist roles, preferably in the hospitality or restaurant industry.
  • Strong knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Proficient in HRIS and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,800.00 - RM4,699.81 per month
