Summary:
Sales Assistant in our fashion retail store, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional shopping experience to our customers. You will provide personalized service, assist customers with product selection, and ensure the store is well-maintained. Your passion for fashion and dedication to customer satisfaction will help drive sales and promote the store's brand.
Customer Service:
Greet customers warmly as they enter the store.
Provide personalized styling advice and recommendations based on customer preferences.
Assist customers in finding products, answering their questions, and resolving any issues.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
Sales:
Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
Handle transactions efficiently and accurately using the store’s POS system.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest fashion trends, store products, and promotions.
Share product information and styling tips with customers to enhance their shopping experience.
Store Presentation:
Ensure the store is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Assist with visual merchandising to maintain brand standards.
Replenish stock and manage inventory levels as needed.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with team members and management to achieve store goals.
Participate in store meetings and training sessions to improve skills and knowledge.
Provide support in other areas of the store as needed.
Customer Feedback:
Collect and report customer feedback to help improve store services and products.
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner, escalating issues to management when necessary.
