Executive, Business Operation (Insurance)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate and review claims to determine the validity and extent of coverage.
• Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information.
• Inspect and assess damages to vehicles, taking photographs and obtaining estimates.
• Evaluate claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying any potential fraud or discrepancies.
• Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings and recommendations.
• Communicate effectively with claimants and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
• Provide updates on claim status and answer inquiries related to coverage and procedures.
• Offer support and guidance to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, communications, and settlements.
• Prepare and submit reports as required by management and regulatory bodies.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
• Candidate must have at least 1 years of working experience in similar role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Problem-solving & Positive attitude

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
