JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Investigate and review claims to determine the validity and extent of coverage.
- Conduct interviews with claimants, witnesses, and experts to gather relevant information.
- Inspect and assess damages to vehicles, taking photographs and obtaining estimates.
- Evaluate claims for accuracy and completeness, identifying any potential fraud or discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed reports and documentation on findings and recommendations.
- Communicate effectively with claimants and other stakeholders throughout the claims process.
- Provide updates on claim status and answer inquiries related to coverage and procedures.
- Offer support and guidance to clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a positive experience.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of claims, communications, and settlements.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by management and regulatory bodies.
REQUIREMENTS
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Advanced Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in any field.
- Candidate must have at least 1 years of working experience in similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skill.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple claims and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient user of MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
- Problem-solving & Positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month

- Monday to Friday
