  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to maintain accurate stock records and inventory movement records for warehouse.
  • Receive, verify and inspect incoming goods and Points of Sales Materials (POSMs) to ensure they are in good conditions and match with quantities listed in delivery order
  • Prepare outbound order items according to delivery order and assist drivers upload goods into truck.
  • Record and manage inventory to confirm proper stock levels and maintaining inventory control.
  • Handle all trade returns, reclassify the condition and maintaining proper records of return. Seek advisory on whether repack, resell or dispose of the item.
  • Ensure proper and secured storage practices are in place and the Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) & safety protocols are followed and executed in warehouse.
  • Maintain housekeeping standards within warehouse to ensure cleanliness meet the quality standards.
  • Implement First In, First Out (FIFO) practices in the warehouse and conduct daily stock counts.
  • Liaise with sales admin to coordinate daily incoming & outgoing goods.
  • Possess sound knowledge of storekeeping operations in accordance with organizational norms and ISO standards.
  • Assist with deliveries as per requested by superior.
  • Support any additional responsibilities that maybe assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of stock system or Excel is preferred.
  • Ability to drive forklift / reach truck is added advantage
  • Willing to work in Seberang Perai and posses own transportation.
  • Able to use ERP system is added advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Supplemental Pay:

  • Overtime pay
