Key Responsibilities:

Planning and assigning delivery route for lorry drivers in system
Night loading planning in system
Coordinate and schedule tasks for lorry drivers and driver attendants, ensuring timely deliveries and adherence to safety protocols.
Schedule and oversee regular maintenance of lorries to ensure they are in optimal condition for deliveries.
Handle customer inquiries and complaints related to logistics operations, ensuring prompt resolution and customer satisfaction.
Liaising with transporter about the deliveries of goods.
Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing goods, delivery schedules, and driver logs.
Provide training and guidance to logistics team members to enhance their skills and performance.
Identify areas for process improvement within the logistics department and implement necessary changes to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Willing to work in Rawang
Willingness to work extra hours on weekdays and on Saturday to accommodate operational needs.
At least 2-3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with inventory management, logistics procedures, and transportation regulations.
Strong leadership abilities to effectively coordinate and motivate a team.
Excellent communication skills to interact with team members, customers, and suppliers effectively.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.
Aptitude for identifying issues, analyzing root causes, and implementing effective solutions.
Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in inventory management and documentation.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software applications.
Valid driving license with a clean driving record, preferably with experience in driving commercial vehicles.
