Responsibilities
1. To assist with day-to-day operations of the HR & Admin functions and duties.
2. Provide clerical and administrative support to Human Resources & Admin Department.
3. Support in disseminating and explaining HR policies and procedures to new joiner, foreign worker.
4. To assist in carry-out foreign worker matters such as renewal & endorsement of their passports, working permits, FOMEMA, Insurance, Check-out memo and other matters related to foreign workers.
5. To assist and handle foreign worker issue (warning letter, counselling, police report etc)
6. Monitor foreign worker discipline matters (not wearing PPE, play phone while working).
7. To assist in monitoring and recording the Staff and Workers attendance and annual leave, sick leave, etc.
8. To monitor and control the usage of office stationery, etc. To raise Purchase Requisition if low stock level.
9. To perform any other adhoc duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time-to-time as required and assigned by Superior.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM1,917.04 - RM2,500.00 per month

Experience:
- Foreign Worker Management: 1 year (Preferred)
