Your Adventure Ahead

  • Financial Reconciliation: Lead the validation, order level reconciliation and invoicing process with merchants and affiliate networks. Ensure compliance with internal processes.
  • Process Improvement: Drive continuous improvement , finance ops process streamlining and optimization to meet regulatory requirements, minimize error and improve operations efficiencies.
  • Team Development: Lead, motivate, and manage a team of finance ops executives. Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performing work environment.
  • Audit Support: Assist in internal and external audit processes by providing necessary documentation and ensuring compliance with financial controls.
  • Data Management: Maintain accurate validation records and databases. Utilize scripts and tools for reporting and analysis.
  • Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments (Finance, Product, Customer Service, etc) to support financial decision-making and provide financial insights as needed.

Essentials to Succeed

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in finance or analytical roles with Minimum 1-3 years of experience in team lead/ people management
  • Strong finance acumen and rigor, attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to communicating clear solutions to complex problems.
  • Proficiency in excel and SQL is a must. Knowledge of Python would be an advantage.
  • Effective and proactive communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong ownership and entrepreneurial spirit
