Job Description:
MAIN CONTRACTS
1. Review of Contractual Terms and Completeness of Contract Documents
2. Performance Bond / Insurances
3. Application of CIDB Levy
4. Rationalisation of Rates
5. Progress Claims, Final Claims and Final Account Statement
6. Progress Payment (and Retention Sum) Collection
7. Preparation of Project Warranty
8. Preparation Quotation for Back-charges & Variation Orders (VO)
9. Following Up Payment and Certification
SUB-CONTRACTS
1. Awarding Formalisation
2. Preparation of Interim Payment Certification
3. Back-Charges To Sub-Contractors
4. Variation Order (Vo) Confirmation for Sub-Contractors
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Quantify Surveyor, Building Construction
- Possess at least 2-3 years of working experience in pre & post-contract functions.
- Familiar with construction method, method of measurement and costing for kitchen/wardrobe/ID works.
- Able to read drawings and bill of quantities
- Good understanding of industry contractual practices and standard forms of contracts.
- Good communication skills, oral and written.
- Good analytical skills.
- Good Computer literacy
- Posses ID Background
- Have own transport
