JOB REQUIREMENTS:-

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Logistic/Transportation or equivalent.
Required language(s): English
MUST have least 2 Year(s) of working experience in Warehousing and Logistics industry/E commerce
Required Skill(s): Communication skill, coordinating skill, Inter-Personal Skill, Microsoft Office. Computer Literate.
MUST have knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS)
Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.
Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Working days:- 6 days a week.
ABLE TO START IMMEDIATELY
Willing to work in Subang Jaya or Shah Alam

JOB DESCRIPTION:-

To print out daily orders and post completed orders.
Prepare DO & Invoice after pick & pack process completed.
Responsible to arrange for collection by the transporter.
To ensure that all KPI data are well updated.
Responsible as a frontline to communicate and to maintain a good rapport with the customer.
Co-ordinate Inbound arrival from the various supplier.
To key-in stock receiving into WMS.
Carry out WMS system stock replenishment.
Manage the principle databases such as SKU and customer delivery location.
Co-ordinate & Investigate customer's complaints/feedback.
Co-ordinate order for office supplies and consumable material.
Manage daily administration.
