Job Descriptions:
1. Sorting Operations: Categorize and organize products based on size, type, and other relevant criteria.
2. Quality Control: Inspect products for defects, damage, and compliance with quality standards.
3. Documentation: Maintain records of sorted items, QC status, and report any non-conformance or defects.
4. Communication: Coordinate with other departments (warehouse, logistics, packing) to ensure seamless operations.
5. Inventory Support: Assist in stock-taking, and ensure sorted items are accurately reflected in the inventory system.
6. Health & Safety: Follow all health and safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work environment.
7. Process Improvement: Suggest improvements for the sorting and QC process to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Education: Minimum SPM or equivalent. Additional certifications in quality control or warehouse management are a plus.
2. Experience: Previous experience in warehouse operations, sorting, or quality control preferred.
3. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move items of various sizes and weights.
4. Skills:
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Basic computer skills for recording QC data and generating reports.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
