Job Summary:
Seeking a highly experienced Tech Lead for SOX and Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in audit, risk management, internal controls, and compliance, particularly focusing on identity. This role involves identifying key risks and controls, optimizing Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) readiness controls, and configuring controls around security and business processes within the GRC modules. The candidate should be adept at working with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR, PCI – DSS, NIST, ISO17799 & ISO19011, GRC PC) related to SAP systems and leading a team for audit-related activities.

Requirement:

• 7-10 years’ experience in IT audit space
• Extensive experience in audit, risk management, internal controls, compliance, or a related field, with a focus on SAP systems.
• Proven track record in identifying key risks and controls, optimizing SOX readiness controls, and configuring controls within the GRC modules.
• Experience working with regulatory requirements and industry standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR,NIST,PCI_DSS, ISO17799 & ISO19011, SNOW IRM, GRC PC) related to identity
• Deep understanding of audit processes and principles.
• Ability to handle internal and external audits and effectively manage audit requests
• Strong technical knowledge and understanding of SOX controls
• Leadership skills to manage and guide a team for audit-related activities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with auditors
• Senior stakeholders management.
• Continuous improvement mindset
• Project management background
