Job Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and coordination of regional training initiatives, effectively managing the regional training team.
- Align training programs with the company’s annual product launch strategy, coordinating training efforts across various products. Leverage internal and external resources to plan and execute training projects, including collaborations with clients.
- Develop localized training materials, such as videos, sales techniques, and product-specific selling point enhancements.
- Empower the team by helping to build a competency map for trainers and work with the headquarters team to develop corresponding skill improvement courses.
- Deliver internal and external training sessions, supporting business success through effective training delivery.
- Based on business growth, design and implement a comprehensive annual training plan to enhance the overall training effectiveness.
- Develop and implement online training materials via new media platforms, including video channels, live streaming, and other systems to facilitate online training.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a retail training role.
- Prior experience in the retail industry is preferred.
- Possesses a "beginner's mindset," open to learning and adapting to new methods.
- Strong people-oriented skills, with the ability to engage and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Mandarin communication skills is preferred.
Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
