The Junior Configuration Analyst will assist in the configuration, customization, and maintenance of our systems. This entry-level role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited experience who are eager to develop their skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • System Configuration: Assist in configuring systems to meet client requirements, including setting up workflows, user roles, and permissions.
  • Data Management: Support data migration, data integrity, and data security tasks.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Participate in testing configured systems to ensure functionality and performance.
  • Documentation: Help maintain detailed documentation of configurations, customizations, and system changes.
  • Client Support: Provide basic support and training to clients, addressing initial issues or concerns.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with senior analysts, project managers, and other team members to deliver high-quality solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Diploma, or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Experience: Internship or coursework related to system configuration or HRMS is a plus.
  • Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of HRMS software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Workday, HRMS System) and data management tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills. Able to read in Mandarin
  • Learnability : Fast learner with curious mindset and quick to adapt and apply learned knowledge creatively
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
