DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Liaise with Maintenance and Production Department to resolve technical issues.

2. To ensure minimum downtime and machine regularly maintained.

3. To lead the monthly preventive maintenance for stripping & layering machine.

4. To proper control and plan all part needed for preventive maintenance & daily operation.

5. Record and analyze the root cause of the breakdown time.

6. Overall, in charge of stripping & layering technician attendance, performance and discipline issue

7. To verify all checklists and reports recorded by technician.

8. Work with Engineering project team & vendor on more complex issues.

9. To continuously communicate needs and wishes to Engineering project team.

10. To research and keep abreast of developments and best practice related to automation to allow required level of technical support and generation of solutions.

11. Document all service activity for analysis and improvement purpose.

12. To carry out any other duties assigned by superior and the management.

13. Report to Plant Engineering manager/assistant manager

A. Qualification & Experience

1. Preferably degree holder in Mechanical or mechatronic engineering field with min 4 -5 years working experience in plant maintenance.

2. Diploma/Certificate with more than 7 years working experience will be consider.

3. Willing to work on shift rotation.

4. Able to lead a team of technician to achieve company goal.

5. Knowledge in process flow and work study flow.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
