Commercial Manager (Puchong)

Position : Quantity Surveyor/Commercial Manager
Location: Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Selangor

Responsibilities:

• Manage the commercial department, ensuring quotations for tenders and clients are accurately prepared.
• Issue and manage all relevant paperwork, including purchase orders to contractors.
• Monitor and control project budgets to optimize profitability.
• Work closely with other departments to deliver projects on time, within budget, and maintaining high-quality standards.

Need to do all the procurement for the contractor side;

• Issue PO to contractor
• Issue certificate of payment
• Issue final account to contractor

For client site;

• Need to issue invoice
• Settle final account with client

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Strong experience in managing commercial aspects, including tendering and contract preparation.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage contractor relationships and effectively handle commercial negotiations.
• Proficient in preparing project quotations and relevant documentation.
• Strong ability to control and monitor project budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness.
• Proactive in maximizing company profitability.
• Team player, able to collaborate with various departments to meet project goals on time, cost, and quality.

Remuneration packages:
Basic: RM5000 to RM7500 (Got commission range about RM 18k per year.
EPF, SOCSO, EIS
Benefit: monthly bonding event, yearly oversea trip
Allowance: rm500 for phone and petrol
Working Days: Monday to Friday (If need to rush for tender dateline, may work from home on weekend, as long as submission on time)
Working Hours: 9 am to 6 pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM9,500.00 per month
