  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

Position: Chargeman AO / A1 / A4
Location: Negeri Sembilan

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Responsible for the proper and efficient operations and maintenance of electrical, mechanical, air-conditioning, fire-fighting, and other mechanical & electrical services of the facility.
  • Liaise with utilities providers such as TNB, DOSH, JKKP and other regulatory bodies on utility services and compliance issues.
  • Manage the operations and maintenance of the facility through self-delivered teams and specialist sub-contractors.
  • Plan and perform preventive maintenance & reactive/corrective maintenance work to prevent or minimize equipment breakdown and power failures, either through internal teams or subcontractors.
  • Perform reactive and corrective maintenance during power failures or equipment breakdown.
  • Attend to all power, equipment and machine failure and rectify accordingly.
  • Ensure installations are safe and legal.
  • Ensure all statutory regulations are complied with as part of their duties.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Must have a certificate authorized by Suruhanjaya Tenaga (AO/A1/A4).
  • Good command of both Bahasa Malaysia and English.
  • Good communication and leadership skills with every level of the organisation.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably Technicians specializing in Maintenance/Repair (Facilities & Machinery) or equivalent.
  • Comfortable to work on shift basis, weekends and public holidays.
  • Good personal traits and characteristics, high integrity, trustworthy, reliable and honest.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES:

  • Basic: RM 3,500 - RM 4,000 (Depend on experience)
  • EPF, SOCSO, EIS

Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Working Hours: 8am – 5pm

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
