Area Supervisor's Role:

To support, coordinate, and implement effective operational marketing activities to achieve sales objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate sales targets with the District Manager (DM).
To conduct weekly business performance reviews with BTQ PIC / Promoter.
To provide feedback on competitors' activities and market information.
Develop and maintain effective strategic relationships with office, warehouse & DM.
Identify other related business opportunities such as fairs, new boutiques, etc.
Execute policies and operational standards to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Ensure daily outlet operations are carried out within the stipulated framework.
Coordinate products and marketing support to BTQ to ensure meet sales objectives.
Handle and follow up on BTQ requests and complaints in responding to market requirements.
To conduct basic selling skills and customer service training for promoters.
To assist DM in hiring a potential BTQ supervisor & promoter.
To conduct a weekly market visit and prepare the itinerary for BTQ PIC and promoters.
To conduct monthly, quarterly, and yearly stock count and inventory management (DOI, stock Consolidation, stock in/out, etc.)
Motivate and assist BTQ to overcome sales shortfall.
Undertake any other ad hoc tasks/duties as and when requested.

Requirements:

At least 3 years (s) of working experience in the retail industry is required for this position.
Able to travel and work overtime.
Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Applicants should be Malaysian citizens.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM4,000.00 per month
