Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Executive cum Driver to support our Director and the outlet operations team. This dual-role position involves driving the Director to and from their home and the office, as well as to various outlet locations. During non-driving hours, the successful candidate will take on administrative responsibilities, ensuring efficient operations within the team.
Key Responsibilities:
Driving Duties:
- Safely transport the Director from their home to the office and back twice a day.
- Drive the Director to visit restaurant outlets as required.
- Maintain a clean and well-functioning vehicle, ensuring all necessary inspections and maintenance are completed.
Administrative Duties:
- Update weekly sales and performance sheets, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Manage the weekly petty cash claims sheet for outlet operations.
- Coordinate the ordering of warehouse items, updating the corresponding sheets weekly.
- Provide daily sales updates to the outlet operations team to support performance tracking.
- Maintain and update outlet staff data, including permissions settings, to ensure operational efficiency.
- Timely update the schedule data for all outlets on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Proven experience in a driving role or as a personal driver is preferred.
- Strong administrative skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality environment is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
