Responsibilities
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns to enhance brand awareness, increase traffic and meet top lines sales across O2O platforms that include social media, ecommerce, marketplaces, retail outlets.
- Able to source and identify new digital channels and social media trends to expand branding mileage, reach out to new prospects and generate new leads for the business.
- Responsible for all social content planning, and ensure engagement with audiences in new and unique ways that promote brand-focused messages and build our audience based.
- Work with design and creative department to develop social content strategy and social media timelines coinciding with new product releases, ad campaigns, or other brand messages.
- Being able to strategize campaigns to increase customer loyalty and retention. Responsible in ensuring these strategic campaigns are executed.
- Develop, improve, test and constant monitoring of the customer journeys to ensure our CRM journeys are optimized by leveraging on the data and analytics to find out on consumer behavior and transactional behavior.
- Being able to communicate well with external partners on working together on collaboration and partnerships.
- Lead and handle events, workshops and activities. Able to develop budgets and track ROI of campaigns and prepare post-mortems reporting.
- Analyze and track campaign performance to make real-time recommendations and optimize campaign performance.
- Develop budgets, including expenditures, track KPIs and ROI of campaigns against spend, and prepare post-mortems and monthly marketing and sales analysis.
Requirements
- Possess a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
- Minimum 2 years working experience in Marketing.
- Strong communication skills - verbal, written and analytical skills.
- Strong planning skills with good project management skills.
- Extensive experience in marketing with a proven track record to elevate branding and drive businesses forward.
- Knowledge of social platform landscape and best practices.
- Highly innovative, up to date and constantly thinks outside the box, and savvy in social media, and digital marketing.
- Good time-management and multi-tasking skills.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
