Job Purpose
Responsible to support and execute Immigration operations matter and client management activities in Expats Service Centre for Bill of Guarantees No. 2 to ensure quality services on timely basis.
Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support and execute daily operations to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed quality and timescales
1. Fresh Graduate preferably with minimum 1 year working experience
2. Graduate in any field from established IHL.

Duties & Responsibilities
1. Support and execute daily operations to meet agreed organizational performance plans within agreed quality and timescales
- Process the endorsement applications/cancellation applications/transfer of endorsement applications received by Expats Service Centre to ensure client charters are met by maintaining the performance
- Do the thorough checking of the passports and related documents to work permit applications and ensure the completeness before submission to Immigration Department
- Checking the online payment to Immigration Department is correct for endorsement of work permit application
- Manage general inquiries with Immigration Department with regards to work permit and visa applications
- Communicate information with regards work permit application to clients and internal unit in MFS
- Update data for processing and provide accurate and timely operational performance reports.
- Ensure all applications workflow in Expats are captured and completed by effective process outcomes through efficient administration of tasks
