Job Responsibilities:
- Manage, control, and grow the Customer Service team to ensure high-quality customer service that exceeds customer requirements.
- Lead the Customer Service team to meet revenue and profit targets while enhancing team capabilities for organizational growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers to achieve repeatable sales revenue and profitability.
- Develop vendors to provide quality services at competitive rates to fulfill customer requirements and win jobs.
- Address and resolve customer disputes, complaints, and service failures promptly, implementing corrective measures.
- Manage and control the Transport Asset and Project, ensuring effective manpower utilization aligned with truck ORE reports.
- Oversee timely billing and collection processes to ensure the sustainability of the company’s cash flow.
- Attend monthly budget meetings to discuss and track budget achievement.
Job Requirements:
- Possesses at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Sales & Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer service and managerial roles within the logistics/transport industry.
- Proficient in Mandarin, English, and Bahasa Malaysia, with strong interpersonal and communication skills and effective time management abilities.
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite and Logistics ERP systems, with experience in local port systems.
- Extensive experience liaising with port authorities and customs operations, familiar with major Malaysian ports.
