Title: Boiler Design Engineer

Location : KL- Subang Jaya / JB Ulu tiram

Working hours: 8.30am to 5.30pm , Mon to Fri

Job Scope:

• Design and develop boilers and associated systems based on client or project specifications.

• Perform calculations for thermal efficiency, pressure ratings, and stress analysis.

• Prepare technical documentation, design reports, and specifications for the manufacturing and installation phases.

• Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASME Boiler anc

Pressure Vessel Code, ISO standards).

• Lead prototype testing and validation efforts to verify the performance and safety of boiler designs.

• Troubleshoot issues during the design and testing phases and implement design improvements.

• Engage in research and development to improve existing boiler designs for efficiency, durability, and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications / Experience

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or a related field.

• Good experience with boiler skid system design. Able to perform boiler design related calculations.

• Good knowledge in the process, control, operation, and/or commissioning maintenance of boiler system.

• Well exposed to other boiler associated equipment, such as blowdown vessel, valves. deaerator, chemical dosing systems.

• Familiar with boiler system fabrication would be a bonus.

• Familiar with tendering or project execution procedures.

• Experience with CAD software would be a bonus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
