What You'll Do
- Lead with Impact: Take charge of a high-performing marketing team, elevating their success by executing integrated campaigns that amplify our brand across digital and traditional channels. With full autonomy, you’ll bring forward strategies that enhance CellLabs’ presence and direct-to-consumer growth.
- Digital Marketing Excellence: Own our brand’s digital footprint on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu, building powerful campaigns that captivate a high-end audience. Your social media expertise will foster meaningful connections with customers who value premium products.
- Strategic Brand Building: Position CellLabs as the top choice for discerning customers. Through refined content and targeted campaigns, you’ll shape a brand that resonates with a premium market, driving loyalty and elevating our status.
- Integrated Marketing Approach: Oversee selective offline initiatives to ensure our brand message remains consistent across all touchpoints, creating a seamless experience that supports digital campaigns.
- Budget Optimization: Maximize ROI with strategic budget management, ensuring every investment fuels impactful results.
- Data-Driven Decisions: Use analytics to measure campaign success, optimize performance, and inform future strategies. Your data-focused approach will be crucial in refining both digital and conventional marketing efforts.
What We’re Looking For
- Digital Marketing Expertise: Candidates with extensive experience in social media management—particularly on Facebook, Instagram, and Xiao Hong Shu—as well as e-commerce platforms, SEO, SEM, and related areas, are highly preferred. A proven track record in driving brand engagement and reaching target customers through
online channels is essential.
- Conventional Marketing Experience: Familiarity with offline marketing strategies, including events, print, or out-of-home advertising, to complement and enhance digital efforts is an additional advantage.
- Premium Product Marketing: A proven record of positioning premium-priced products to audiences who prioritize quality and are ready to invest.
- Analytical and Data-Oriented: Strong analytical skills, with experience setting and tracking KPIs across digital and traditional channels.
- Creative and Strategic Vision: Innovative thinker who can lead a team and develop compelling brand narratives across all platforms.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): High EQ with outstanding communication skills, enabling you to inspire your team and build strong relationships. Fluency in BahasaCina is an added advantage.
