Responsibilities:
- Content Marketing – Conceptualize, plan, create and edit content for social media platforms (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Community groups)
- Social media channels management (TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Community groups, etc.) – Co-manage and execute content creation and query responding across all social media channels and owned platforms.
- E-Commerce – Monitor and update product content contained on e-commerce websites and respond to E-commerce email enquiry.
- Digital campaign – Plan, manage and monitor the performance of digital campaign or contest (including liaising with agencies.)
- Regularly update content for the website and schedule for email marketing.
- Reporting and analytics – Analysing data, providing insights and observations for improvement for campaigns, media buy, website, social media channels and e-commerce.
- Proactive in providing innovative/in-trend ideas.
- Any other tasks as assigned by the management.
Requirement:
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Marketing, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Mass Communications or equivalent.
- Full-time student attending 2nd/3rd/final year undergraduate/postgraduate in accredited University/College.
- Passion for content creation for social media marketing. Videography and video editing skills will be a bonus.
- Internship must be part of the University/College’s academic requirement.
- Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English, Mandarin.
- No work experience is required.
