Job Title: Materials & Planning Specialist
Job Location: Qi Tower, PJ8 (Nearby with LRT Asia Jaya)
Job Summary:
Plan and Replenishment inventory base on master plan for Home & Living & Personal Care products. Keep track on shipment delivery with vendor to ensure stock in healthy level. Process PR & PO in Esker system.
Job Descriptions:
- Liaise with vendors to obtain signed purchase orders / invoices / delivery order as and when required.
- Responsible to review Product Replenishment report with Category Manager & obtain approval from Head of product team for product re-ordering in weekly basis.
- Responsible to download weekly Replenishment Raw Data
- Responsible in New product code, BOM creation & revision.
- Interco PO processing- -Receive PO from interco, and send PO to NES team to create NES SO in SAP.
- Update incoming delivery status in Incoming File (DORM)
- Raise e-scrap form for approvals to write off defective, phased out, slow moving & expired products.
- Monitor inventory at optimal level.
- Maintain accurate historical records in system.
- Maintain confidentiality of organizational information.
- Other various Ad/Hoc responsibilities as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Total years of working experiences: 3-5 years
- Total years of in the job experiences: min with 3 years in material planning, inventory management, purchasing, or a related position.
- Preferable have experience in ERP system.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and material management systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Well versed in MS Excel, Words & Power Points
