Responsibilities:

Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth daily operations of the office with a focus on Order Processing.

Communication: Manage incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and official correspondence. Be fluent in professional written & spoken English.

Document Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for both digital and physical documents.

Meeting Coordination: Schedule and coordinate meetings, including the preparation of materials and taking minutes as needed.

Office Supplies: Monitor and replenish office supplies, ensuring a well-stocked and efficient work environment.

Data Entry: Accurate and timely data entry for various administrative tasks.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of expenses, invoices, and other relevant documents.

Visitor Management: Welcome and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience with the company.

Ad Hoc Tasks: Undertake ad hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven work experience in an administrative role.
  • Diploma or certificate in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Awareness of using Gemini or ChatGPT.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity.
  • Proactive problem-solving and decision-making skills.

  • Malaysian Special Skills Certificate (Required)

Experience:

  • Secretarial: 1 year (Preferred)
