Assistant, Maintenance

Responsibilities

· Complete special projects as assigned by the Maintenance Manager / Supervisor / Engineer, and all other duties as assigned

· All repair order data entry into company maintenance tracking program

· Issue parts, records withdrawal and up-date SAP System Or Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)

· Plan/coordinate PM routine and scheduling with Materials group for scheduled downtime for maintenance

· Set up and maintain maintenance records as required

· Learning new program & keep track the work order, purchase order & maintenance schedule

· Maintains safe spill free floors (sales floor, backroom, restrooms, office, breakroom) by sweeping and mopping

· Perform some ad-hoc administrative duties from time to time such as reporting, update documents & organization chart

Requirements

· Diploma in Business Admin / Engineering or Equivalent

· Proficient in the use of all office machines, equipment, SAP systems and Microsoft Office

· 1 – 5 year’s experience in administrative work under maintenance environment

· Experience in the petrochemical / oil and gas or heavy industry is preferred

· Ability to work in a multidisciplinary and integrated team environment

· Eyes for details & able to work in multidisciplinary environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
