As a Digital Art Director at Monolith Digital MY, you’ll be the creative leader for all things design and branding. From crafting stunning motion graphics to overseeing full-scale design projects, you’ll be responsible for making sure everything looks, feels, and works like a dream. You’ll drive:

**What You'll Do:**

- Be the mastermind behind creative campaigns! From social content that makes people stop scrolling, to web visuals and animated assets, you’ll craft it all.

- Design interfaces that don’t just look good but work smoothly, keeping user experience at the core.

- Lead the creative vibe for brand aesthetics across social, web, and digital platforms.

- Use campaign data, trends, and competitive insights to constantly elevate creative output.

- Turn ideas into reality by creating dynamic assets for digital campaigns using cool tools like Celtra.

- Confidently lead projects, collaborate with clients, and guide creative brainstorming sessions with the squad.

- Stay plugged into the latest trends, formats, and subcultures on digital platforms, turning that knowledge into next-level content.

- Partner up with vendors, freelancers, and the team to bring ideas to life.

- Plus, some spontaneous creative challenges might pop up, but you'll be ready!

**Who We're Looking For:**

- You’ve got at least a diploma in Graphic Design or Web Design.

- You’ve been crushing it as an Art Director for 4-5 years.

- Master of Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects, or Google Web Designer.

- Bonus points if you’ve got UX/UI skills, HTML5 chops, motion graphics magic, or know your way around creative automation platforms (like Celtra).

- You've worked with tools like Adobe Xd or Figma and are all about emerging digital formats and trends.

- You’ve got some mentor vibes, helping guide other designers on the team.

- Talking to clients? No problem! You can speak their language and bridge the gap between marketing strategy and creative vision.

- Problem-solving? It’s your superpower.

- Passionate about the latest tech and trends, and eager to share your take on how they’ll shape the future.
