- Handle all aspects of marketing management of the assigned brands portfolio.
- Strategize, plan and execute brand initiatives/activities to enhance brand positioning and ensure the company objectives are met.
- Work closely with the sales team and other stakeholders to drive brand awareness, generate leads, and support sales efforts.
- Research into industry trends & public perception and aiding in the creation of marketing and advertising campaigns to strengthen the brands identities.
- Keep abreast with consumer’s behavior, marketplace trends, market research, trade dynamics, business drivers and competitor’s strategy.
- Contribute to product innovation by delivering product development programs to further margin growth.
- Identify market opportunities for new brands and categories.
- Manage the brand A&P budget and profitability effectively.
- Liaise with principal, prepare monthly report and forecast as necessary.
- Maintain good working relationship with suppliers to design & successfully execute marketing campaigns.
- Provide monthly marketing reports/analysis to the Management.
- Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior from time to time.
- Minimum Degree holder in Business Administration / Marketing / Food Science or related fields.
- As least 8 years of relevant working experiences in FMCG industry.
- Travelling is required (for both local and overseas).
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skill.
- Strong planning and organizational skills to effectively manage executed projects.
- Creative to identify alternative approaches and solutions.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Digital savvy and proficient in MS office applications.
- Dynamic team player with initiatives, matured, able to work independently with a positive attitude.
