As a Business Development Manager you will play a pivotal role in driving sales of our digital marketing video services tailored specifically for retail businesses and professional services. Your primary responsibility will be to develop and execute effective sales strategies to acquire new clients, manage relationships with existing clients, and achieve revenue target, including acquisition of new sales through cold calling, door to door, and direct marketing.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth for digital video and marketing services targeted at retail businesses such as aesthetic clinics, F&B chain, and professional service providers such as law firms and real estate agencies.
  • To build and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the achievement of sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the customer base and increase market share in the target sectors.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted marketing campaigns, sales collateral, and promotional materials to support sales efforts.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in direct selling and network marketing in areas such as cosmetics, skincare, kitchenware, nutritional supplements, home services, office supplies and equipment, real estate, and insurance will be an asset.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a direct sales team to achieve targets.
  • Track record of successful door-to-door sales, driven by a combination of interpersonal skills, product knowledge, persistence, and the ability to adapt sales strategies to individual customer preferences and needs.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and social media, particularly in the retail and professional services sectors, is highly desirable.
  • Must be digital savvy (preferably digital native)
  • Must be familiar with the current social media and ecommerce landscape & platforms
  • Proven track record of introducing a new product to the market or Proven track record of opening up new market segments for an existing product
