PURPOSE
- Accountable and responsible for monitoring and managed SAP Operation, reports and interfaces within SLA and agreed timeline. Collaborate with extended and regional teams on operation and projects which include gather requirements, planning, designing and managing deadline.
- Responsible for monitoring SAP Reports and Interfaces for Client/Customer/End User in terms of accuracy and on time deliveries, coordinating and working with Extended & Regional team to meet user/customer/client requirement with a provided deadline, designing, testing, documenting, implementing and maintaining application programs and performs associated work as required.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform incident analysis and recovery activities for system or application related incidents. Identify discrepancy of Report and interfaces, provide the detailed findings coordinate the recovery with ZP Regional I.T via ticketing system.
- Accountable and responsible to lead the design and implementation of new EDI projects or on-going changes to business applications as per agreed timelines with clear project management methodologies.
- End to end coordinate to write functional specifications, prepare change request, perform test/UAT and implement EDI integration according to Client and or Customer requirements.
- Discuss system requirements with user departments and develop the necessary IT SOP and support document required.
- Perform User Acceptance Test (UAT) on Test systems and report on results, ensuring necessary program changes are implemented and documented. Support users during implementation.
- Assist in documentation of work processes, system workflow and operating procedures.
- Supporting ZP Regional I.T. yearly Disaster Recovery activities and audit related.
REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience (5+ years) in ERP Analyst.
- Experience with Bottomline and SAP system will be added advantages.
