  • Prepare, analyze, and present accurate financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to assist in strategic decision-making.
  • Oversee and manage accounts receivable and accounts payable to ensure smooth and timely payment processes.
  • Reconcile bank statements and track all transactions to ensure proper documentation and accounting integrity.
  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including journal entries and financial adjustments.
  • Maintain compliance with financial regulations and company policies to uphold financial integrity.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for cost reduction and improved efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, financial institutions, and internal teams during audits and financial reviews.
  • Manage financial data entry, invoices, and expense reports, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
  • Contribute to process improvements within the finance department to enhance accuracy and productivity.
  • Employee payroll management
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably within e-commerce or a similar industry.
  • Able to communicate in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Proficiency in accounting software SQL and MS Excel; familiarity with ERP systems and payroll is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and accuracy in handling financial data.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear financial reporting.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and accounting standards.
